The Traditional Box includes:
1.5kg Beef roasting Joint
Half lamb leg / shoulder or loin roasting joint. 1.2-1.5kg (Shoulder may be de-boned and rolled)
1kg Gammon Joint contains nitrates (may come frozen so that we can cure some a couple of weeks in advance)
1kg streaky bacon (to wrap around the chipolatas for DIY pigs in blankets) in 2 x 500g packs contain nitrates
20 Chipolatas (thin and the same length as our usual sausages, not short like a cocktail sausage) contain gluten and sulphites
500g Sausage Meat contains gluten and sulphites
1 pack of roast potato seasoning
1 pack of cottage pie seasoning
500g beef mince
The Grand Box includes:
2kg Beef roasting Joint
Whole lamb leg OR shoulder roasting joint. 2.4-3kg (Shoulder will de-boned and rolled)

NO SWAPS AVAILABLE- Sorry! We can do a option without added gluten though, we’ll just not put stuffing in your pork joint, and swap the chipolatas and sausage meat (and any seasonings with gluten in) for a similar value of beef and/or lamb mince. Please let us know via the comment section at the checkout. Please remember that gluten is still handled in our butchery unit and it is very small.
