Our Beginner's Carnivore Box contains:
1 x Diced Ox Heart 500g
1 x Ox Liver 500g
3 x Beef Mince 500g
3 x Mutton Mince 500g
1 x Pork chops (3 Pack)
1 x Pork Mince 500g
1 x Beef Fat 500g
1 x Diced Beef 500g
1 x Bones 1kg
Offal not for you? If you do not like/want offal we can swap the liver and heart for an extra pack of diced beef. All our lamb is hung for approx. 7 days, and the beef for approx. 21 days. This ageing process coupled with our slow growing native breeds makes our meat very tender and full of flavour.
All our prices include FREE delivery to all of Mainland UK. We have one delivery day each week, you can select from various delivery weeks at the checkout.
We are a very small business, there are only two of us that work on the farm and as I’m sure you can tell, we're not the best at taking pictures of our products (pork not pictured). Please do bear with us as we continue to update our website.
