Lamb, Beef and Pork mixed box

Our lamb, beef and pork mixed box contains:

1 x half lamb shoulder joint

1 x half lamb leg joint

Either lamb cutlets or lamb chops

500g lamb mince

500g diced lamb

1 x 1kg beef topside joint

1x 1kg rolled beef brisket

500g beef mince

500g diced beef

1 x pack of 2 steaks (rump, sirloin, rib-eye or fillet)

500g dry cured back bacon (contains nitrates)

1 x pack of 6 pork sausages (contains gluten and sulphites)

Pork leg or shoulder joint (approx 2kg)

2 x gammon steaks (contains nitrates)

Our rump, sirloin and rib-eye steaks are roughly 10oz each, and the fillet steaks are roughly 8oz each.

All our lamb is hung for around 7 days, and the beef for around 21 days. This ageing process coupled with our slow growing native breeds makes our meat very tender and full of flavour.

All our prices include FREE delivery to all of Mainland UK. We have one delivery day each week, you can select from various delivery weeks at the checkout.

We are a very small business, there are only two of us that work on the farm and as I’m sure you can tell, we're not the best at taking pictures of our products (pork not pictured). Please do bear with us as we continue to update our new little website.
