Approx 15% fat. It can vary though as it is all done by eye. We do not offer different fat percentage options but if you want fattier or leaner please leave it in the comment section at the checkout and we can pick our any packs for you that may be better suited to what you are looking for.
Brilliant in a classic shepherds pie, moussaka or even a lamb lasagne. If you’re feeling adventurous, why not use this lamb mince to make a Moroccan shepherds pie- topped with sweet potato.
