

















Quarter Beef Box (approx 55-60kg)
Our quarter beef box contains all the meat from one quarter of the animal. It will usually weigh roughly 55-60kg. Obviously we can’t guarantee a precise weight but it should be as close to that as possible. It will all be vacuum packed and ready for the freezer apart from the bones which will be bagged up. We can send you a cut list via email if you want to specify any particular cuts you would like. If you don’t have a preference then our butcher will cut it up to how they feel is best.
There is a 2-3 week lead time on the quarter beef box, so whatever delivery date you choose at the checkout is not necessarily the correct date but we will be in contact with you. Feel free to message us before you order to arrange this.
All our beef is from slow-growing, native breeds of cattle. Usually Belted Galloway, Aberdeen Angus or Hereford. It is hung for around 21 days

10kg mince (in 500g packs but can be 1kg packs if you prefer)
4 x 4 packs of burgers
5kg diced (in 500g packs but can be 1kg packs if you prefer)
2kg minute/sandwhich steaks
Half a fillet (approx 0.7-1kg)
Half a rump (approx 2-2.5kg)
Half a ribeye (approx 0.8-1kg)
Half a sirloin (approx 2.5-3.5kg)
Half a topside (approx 4-5kg)
Half a silverside (approx 3-4kg)
2kg stewing steaks (can be minced or diced if you prefer)
3-4kg brisket (can be short rib)
3kg shin (can be minced or diced)
2kg liver
Fat- 2kg
Bones- 10kg
All cuts can be personalised. We don’t standardly trim off a lot of fat as it helps to give the beef its amazing flavour, however, if you would like us to trim off the fat please let us know. You can contact us through the “Contact Us” page on this website.

We use a family-run, local abattoir and butcher to prepare our meat.
We do free delivery across the UK however it is worth noting that meat boxes being sent to any islands (including Northern Ireland) or the Scottish Highlands will be sent at your own risk. We use APC as our courier and they will give you a two-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery. If you’re local to us we will try to hand deliver your beef box.
